Enchantress Body Shoppe products can be purchased online with our secure shopping cart.
Forms of Payment:
We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax of 9.75% will be added to orders shipped to locations in Tennessee.
Shipping Policies
Flat Rate Standard Shipping*:
Standard shipments are sent via USPS. We can not guarantee shipment delivery times for items shipped via Standard Shipping. At this time, we only ship to physical addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). No P.O. Boxes please. We also offer a Free Local Pickup option for those customers wanting to pick up their order who are within 50 miles of zip code 37167.

Expedited Shipping:
*Please note flat rate shipping does not apply to wholesale orders or local order pickups. Please choose Free Local Pickup at checkout.

For Standard shipping, please allow 5 to 10 business days from the date of purchase for the product to arrive, depending on where in the U.S. you live.
Expedited Shipping Services are available through FedEx and UPS. Please note that even with the purchase of expedited shipping, preparation of your order may take up to 4 business days. Please feel free to email Enchantress Body Shoppe if you need to have your order rushed and we will do our best to assist you.

Please double check the ship-to address given during the checkout process. If you give us the incorrect ship-to address, we will not be responsible if the order is lost or returned. If a package is returned to us, we will re-ship the items to the corrected address, but you will responsible for the additional shipping costs and a refund will not be given on the original shipping charge. Of course, if we erroneously ship an order to the wrong address we will immediately reship the order at our own expense.
Order Turnaround Times:
Please note that Enchantress Body Shoppe does not keep a large inventory of products to ensure you always receive the freshest products possible. Our products are handmade daily in small batches which ensures that all of our products are fresh, but may occasionally result in a delay in shipping. Therefore, it may take up to 4 business days to prepare and ship your order. During holiday order periods, additional time may be needed. Orders placed on weekends will not be processed and prepared until the following Monday.

While we do not guarantee turnaround or shipping times, we do our very best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If you are giving the products as gifts, feel free to email us and we will try to assist you in ordering to ensure the items are received in time. We offer complimentary note cards on gifts shipped directly to the gift recipient, please note the message you would like included during the checkout process. We also offer E-Gift Certificates for your convenience.
Order Tracking:
We will send you an email confirming your order was received and estimate the processing time before the order will be ready to ship. We will send a separate email to notify you when the order has shipped with tracking information. Upon Confirmation of Delivery, we are not responsible for misplaced, lost and stolen deliveries.
Return Policy:
We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to the custom, handmade nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or credits. This policy ensures that all of our customers are receiving the freshest products available. However, if the product was damaged during shipping or if we made an error on the order, please contact us and we will immediately replace the product(s). We will cover all shipping charges on replacement goods.

We are currently putting together affordable trail-size kits which will give you a chance to try the products and essential oil blends before buying full-sized products. Check back, they should be available soon!
Order Cancellation and Changes:
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please email us right away at owner@EnchantressBodyShoppe.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if the order has already shipped the sale will be final.
Privacy Policy:
We respect your privacy, therefore, all personal and financial information gathered during the order process is strictly confidential.

Enchantress Body Shoppe will never disclose your private information to any outside sources. Information you provide including, but not limited to, email address, billing address, shipping address, and phone number will only be used to maintain your personal account with Enchantress Body Shoppe. Personal information will not be sold or provided to any other company or individual for their promotional or financial gain.

All personal information gathered will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. Credit card numbers will be encrypted and transferred using a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to protect you.
