If you are giving the products as gifts, feel free to email us and we will try to assist you in ordering to ensure the items are received in time. We offer complimentary note cards on gifts shipped directly to the gift recipient, please note the message you would like included during the checkout process. We also offer E-Gift Certificates for your convenience.

How can I purchase a Gift Certificate? What are the Gift Certificate terms?

Enchantress Body Shoppe offers Gift Certificates in denominations from $5 to $200 in two forms: traditional paper suitable for placing in a greeting card or an electronic E-Gift Certificate which can be emailed to the recipient with your personal message included. Both Gift Certificate Options can be purchased through our secure shopping cart.

Gift Certificates do not expire or lose value over time. Gift Certificates are non-refundable.

Do you test on animals or use animal-based products in your line?

The owner of Enchantress Body Shoppe has been a vegetarian for many years and is passionate about animal rights. Enchantress products have never and will never be tested on animals of any kind. Most Enchantress products are vegan, however, those containing beeswax are vegetarian. Shantele is currently experimenting with a beeswax alternative in hopes of producing all vegan products very soon!

Is there an Enchantress Body Shoppe retail store?

Not yet, but hopefully someday! For now, we are able to keep our costs down by not having a retail location.
